Our Core plan has 50 SMS, Starter/ Advanced 150 SMS, Growth/ Extra/ Salon plans have 350 SMS, and our Connect plan has 2000 SMS.

You can find out details of what is in each plan, either on our features/pricing page or in your Savvy go to settings (top right person icon) > subscriptions. Click on the change plan top left - the alternative plans with all their features will open up.

Purchased credits roll over every month, and Savvy uses the included credits first before purchased. Included credits reset on the 1st of each month.

You are not restricted to the plan amount, if you need more you can purchase an SMS bundle, although 85% of our groomers remain within the SMS allowance and utilise the free, unlimited emails for communication instead.
