Sending Check In Forms

You can send check-in forms in two ways.

Individually

Navigate to the "Appointments" and then to the "Check-In" tab.

  • Click on "Add New"

  • Select the check-in form, create it

  • and use the send arrow to send it to the customer.

Automated in an appointment message template

Utilise the appointment message automated templates.

In your appointment message template, use the 'include in message' area to add your check-in form template to the body of text.

We recommend doing this in the email message.
