You have the ability to merge customer accounts by:
Click to view the left menu using the 3 lines top left in Savvy
click to view customers
Click merge (top right)
Be sure to add the main profile you want to keep in the top field and add the duplicate in the bottom field.
A handy tip is to always add 'Duplicate' to the customer's duplicate profile last name
To merge pets:
view the customer's profile from the top search bar.
On the right-hand side you'll see the pets listed.
Click merge just above their names,
Selecting the pet you would like to keep as the main profile in the top field and the duplicate in the bottom field
A handy tip is to similarly add 'duplicate' into the duplicate pet profile name to make this easier to do.
