How to remove a user if a groomer leaves the salon

If you need to remove a groomer you can archive them in:

  • The top right cog icon

  • Users

  • Click edit on the right-hand side of the user you would like to remove

  • Scroll down to click Archive.

This disables and blocks the groomer's ability to log into Savvy too for you.

In the interim if any future appointments have not yet been moved over to an alternative groomer pop into help chat and we can rename the email log in for you!

Let us know the current email and what you would like it renamed to, or we can add ARCHIVED into the current email for you. This will give you time to ensure all future booking have been moved over in your diary.

Note: we can not edit the main account holder's email without email confirmation sent from the account holder's email.
