A purchased Order Printer template is yours to use and update as much as you like, also after purchase.
To update a template in the future, do the following:
Login to Order Printer Templates (Shopify admin -> Apps)
Click the "Customize template" button on your purchased design
Make any needed changes in the editor
Once done, click "Finish" and copy/paste the new template code over again
