How to Activate Your Peppol Add-On
To begin testing the E-Invoicing and Peppol feature, you must complete a brief registration process. Please follow the steps outlined below:
Navigate to the Account page: Open your Order Printer Pro app and navigate to your main Account page.
Join the Beta: Locate the E-Invoicing and Peppol Compliance section and click on Join Beta - Free access.
Enter your VAT Number: This is your official, legally registered VAT number.
Enter your Enterprise Number: This is your official, legally registered business number.
Save your information: Once you have entered and verified your data, click Save button.
Initiate Verification: After saving valid VAT and Enterprise numbers, you will be prompted to Complete verification.
Authorize via Recommand.eu: You will be redirected to recommand.eu to finish the requested authorization steps. Please note: The primary business owner(Registered on Peppol) must be the one to accept these terms.
Confirm your Status: Once finished, your Peppol Network Registration is complete. If all data is correct, your account will display a green Registered & Verified status badge.
If you are among the merchants who successfully registered for the early release, your new tools are now live. You will see a new E-Invoice and Peppol menu item located in your standard Order Printer Pro menu upon the successful Add-On activation and completed registration.
