Overview

The Analytics dashboard is your central hub for tracking and monitoring the performance of your workflows. Easily accessible from the left-side menu, this dashboard provides valuable insights into workflow execution, cost analysis, and historical data.

Key metrics at a glance

At the top of the dashboard, you will find two essential performance indicators that help you assess workflow activity and resource consumption:

Total Runs – This represents the total number of times workflows have been executed, giving you a clear picture of system usage.

Total Cost – A cumulative calculation of the total credits spent on workflow executions, helping you monitor and manage resource allocation effectively.

Graphical representation of run status

To enhance visibility and ease of analysis, the dashboard features an intuitive graphical representation of workflow run statuses. This section visually categorizes executions into the following states:

Success – Workflows that have been successfully executed without any issues.

Error – Workflows that encountered failures during execution.

Pending – Workflows that are in the queue and awaiting execution.

Cancelled – Workflows that were manually or automatically terminated before completion.

Total – The aggregate count of all executed workflows across different statuses.

This visual breakdown enables quick identification of trends, potential bottlenecks, and overall system health.

Run history: detailed execution logs

For a deeper dive into workflow executions, the Run History section provides a structured table view with key execution details, including:

Task ID – A unique identifier assigned to each workflow execution.

Date and Time – The exact timestamp when the workflow was executed.

Status – The final outcome of the workflow run (Success, Error, Pending, or Cancelled).

Flow ID – The specific identifier of the workflow that was executed.

Execution Cost – The number of credits consumed during execution.

Execution Time – The total duration taken to complete the workflow.

With this data at your fingertips, you can efficiently track, analyze, and optimize your workflows for better performance and cost management.
