Yes. The automatic captions Scaled Creator generates are fully customizable for both Facebook and Instagram.
How do I edit my caption template?
On desktop, go to Post Settings.
Find the Facebook Caption Template or the Instagram Caption Template. Each one is customized separately.
Type your caption, keeping the purple variables you want to use.
Click Update Settings.
How do the caption variables work?
You can type anything you like in your template. The only things that have to stay are the purple variables. Those are placeholders that Scaled Creator replaces with your video's information when it posts.
{caption} inserts your original TikTok caption, without hashtags.
{hashtags} inserts all hashtags from your TikTok caption.
{keyword} inserts the keyword viewers comment to receive your message.
{product_link} inserts your Facebook product link, when Product Links on Facebook is turned on.
What does a finished caption look like?

Comment {keyword} for the product link!
{caption} {hashtags}
Here's what your viewers see.
Comment FAN for the product link!
This is the best portable blender I have ever used #amazonfinds #kitchen #musthave

In that example, viewers can click the Amazon affiliate link straight from your Facebook post. They can also comment FAN to automatically receive any additional links you've configured in Scaled Creator, such as TikTok Shop, LTK, your website, or multiple product links.
What if Product Links on Facebook is turned on?
If Product Links on Facebook is turned on (using either Native Link on the Video or Link in the Caption) and you customize your Facebook Caption Template, you must include {product_link} somewhere in that template. Without it, Scaled Creator doesn't know where to place your affiliate link, and your Facebook caption won't include a product link.
If you also want viewers to comment a keyword and receive additional links through Messenger, include {keyword} in the Facebook template as well. That gives viewers two ways to reach your products. They can click the Amazon affiliate link from the post, or comment your keyword to receive the rest automatically.
Can I preview my caption before it posts?
Yes. Right below the template editor there's a live preview. It shows exactly what viewers will see once the purple variables are replaced with your video's information, so you can check the caption before it posts.
