  1. Understand the Export Limit

    • Sales Navigator caps results to 2,500 leads per search (25 leads per page × 100 pages).

    • Even if a search says “5,000+” or “10M+”, you’ll only see 2,500.

  2. Break Down Your Search to Bypass the Limit

    • Use filters like:

      • Years in current company

      • Years in current position

      • Company headcount or type

    • Example breakdown:

      • 0–5 years in current company

      • 6–10 years

      • 10+ years

  3. Sign Up on Scalelist.com

    • Get a free trial or paid plan for more export credits.

    • Scalelist extracts Sales Navigator leads and finds work emails.

  4. Install the Scalelist Chrome Extension

    • Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for “Scalelist.”

    • Click “Add to Chrome” and install the extension.

  5. Open Sales Navigator and Refresh the Page

    • After refresh, you’ll see a new “Export” button on the top right.

  6. Run Filtered Searches and Export Each List

    • Click “Export Leads” on each filtered search.

    • On Scalelist’s dashboard:

      • Rename the list.

      • Toggle email lookup on or off (keep it on to find & verify emails).

      • Click “Export” to start.

  7. Track Email Validity

    • Scalelist shows:

      • Total leads

      • Emails found

      • How many are valid, risky, or invalid

  8. Organize & Export Lists

    • Create a folder (e.g. “COO Test”).

    • Drag and drop each list into the folder.

    • Export all leads or only valid emails as a CSV file.

  9. Open Your Final CSV

    • It includes: LinkedIn URLs, names, job titles, company names, industries, work emails, and email validity.

This process eliminates LinkedIn’s 2,500-lead limit and gives you clean, verified lead lists for outbound.
