How to Export a Sales Navigator Search with Enriched Emails & Phone Numbers
Sign Up at Scalelist.com
Create a trial account to get started (includes credits).
After sign-up, you’ll be prompted to install the Scalelist Chrome Extension.
Install the Scalelist Chrome Extension
Go to the Chrome Web Store.
Click “Add to Chrome” → “Add Extension.”
Open Your Sales Navigator Search and Refresh the Page
After refreshing, you’ll see a new “Export Leads” button at the top-right of your screen.
Click "Export Leads" on Any Search
Example: CEOs in the U.S. in software development (21–500 employees).
You’ll be taken to the Scalelist dashboard for that list.
Review the List Details
Rename your list (e.g.
coo list example).Decide whether to skip email finding:
ON = Faster export, no emails.
OFF = Includes work emails + verification.
Tip: You can still enrich emails later if skipped initially.
Click “Export” to Start the Process
You’ll see the number of leads, estimated export time, and a queue status.
Example: 2,219 leads → ~1 hour → 1,487 emails found (67%) → 1,003 valid, 484 risky.
Understand Email Verification
Valid = Safe to use.
Risky = Unverifiable but found.
1 credit = 1 lead, includes email verification.
(Optional) Enrich Phone Numbers
Go to Data Enrichment → Search for Phone.
Choose to search for:
All leads
Leads with valid or risky emails
Cost: 20 credits per phone number.
Export Individual Leads if Needed
In Sales Navigator, click “Export Lead” next to any profile.
Assign them to an existing or new list.
Export from Saved Lists
Go to your saved lists on Scalelist.
Click “Export List,” name it, and proceed.
Download the Final Spreadsheet
Click “Export CSV” on your list.
Choose to export:
All leads
Only leads with valid emails
Your Final CSV Includes:
LinkedIn Profile URL
Sales Navigator URL
First/Last Name, Job Title, Company, Industry
Company size, city, country
Whether account is Premium
Company domain
Work email + validity
(If enriched) Phone number
