You asked for it.
And now it’s here — the HubSpot integration for Scalelist.
- No need to download a CSV to push data to your CRM.
- No more messy copy-paste.
From Scalelist to HubSpot → in just a few clicks.
Let’s break it down.
Step 1 – Choose the leads you want to sync
Once your leads are extracted, you’re in control.
Let’s say you’ve pulled a list: CEOs in San Francisco – Tech industry.
Want more context before syncing?
You can now show or hide columns in your lead list.
Display:
- first name,
- last name,
- industry,
- company size,
- city
whatever matters most for your workflow.
Clean layout.
Full visibility.
Step 2 – Select your leads
Scalelist used to push all leads.
Now, you decide who goes into your CRM.
Just check the boxes (left side).
Pick 1, 3, or 50 leads — up to you.
That’s precision-level syncing, made simple.
Step 3 – Connect your HubSpot account
Time to link the tools.
Head to the Integrations tab in Scalelist.
You’ll see HubSpot right there.
→ Click Connect:
→ Choose your HubSpot account:
→ Hit Connect App:
Step 4 – Map your fields
→ Now for the magic: field mapping.
→ Scalelist will prompt you to match each field with its HubSpot equivalent:
First Name → First Name
Last Name → Last Name
Country → Country
And so on...
If it’s your first time, take a moment to double-check.
Once it’s mapped, click Save Mappings.
This ensures your data lands exactly where it should —
no confusion.
Step 5 – Push to CRM
Ready to send leads to your CRM?
→ Select the leads:
→ Click Push to CRM:
→ Select what lead(s) you want to push to Hubspot:
→ You’ll get a quick confirmation:
→ Hit "Continue":
- Behind the scenes, Scalelist starts syncing:
→ CRM Status: In Progress
→ Then: Synced.
Done.
Step 6 – Stay informed with notifications
Every action you take is tracked.
Scalelist now shows notifications for:
Leads pushed to CRM
Sync status updates
Any integration activity
No guesswork.
No checking tabs.
You’re always in the loop.
