What This Does
Scalelist MCP uses the Model Context Protocol to connect Claude with your Scalelist account.
This will allow you to perfom the following actions inside Claude:
Find leads with their emails from any domain
Find emails for a single lead
Find emails in bulk from a CSV, Excel file or list of leads
Find mobile numbers for a single lead
Find mobile numbers in bulk from a CSV, Excel file or list of leads
Claude will call Scalelist in the background and return verified results instantly. Every find costs credits from your Scalelist plan. No result = no charge.
What You Need
A Scalelist account (sign up here)
Claude Pro, Max or Team — Connectors aren't available on the free plan
Setup - 1 Minute
1. Go to claude.ai (or your Claude desktop app), and log in to your Claude account.
2. Click on "Customize" in the left sidebar.
3. Click on "Connectors" → then click on the "+" sign on the right of the magnifying glass.
4. Select "Add a custom connector".
5. Fill in:
Name: Scalelist
Click Add.
6. A browser tab will open automatically so you can log in to your Scalelist account. Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or your email and password. Click Authorize.
When you see "Authentication complete", close the tab.
7. Turn it on in a conversation Open a new Claude chat → click + in the message bar → Connectors → toggle Scalelist on.
8. Confirm it's working Type: "Check my Scalelist credits"
Claude should return your balance. If it does, you're live.
Troubleshooting
"No Connectors option in Claude" → You need a Claude Pro or Max plan. The free plan doesn't support connectors.
"Auth window opened but Claude shows disconnected" → Close the browser tab and go back to Claude — the connection finalises automatically. If it still shows disconnected, repeat from Step 3.
"Scalelist is connected but Claude returns nothing" → Check two things: (1) the connector is toggled on in + → Connectors for this conversation — it needs to be enabled per chat. (2) Your credit balance in Scalelist — if you're at zero, Claude can't return results.
"No result for a specific contact" → Try again with the person's full name and company name (preferably with the company domain) spelled out. Nicknames or abbreviations reduce match accuracy. No credits are charged for empty results.
"I want to disconnect" claude.ai → Customize → Connectors → Scalelist → Remove.
