Head to the Inspection frequencies tab in the Inspections section of the Scannable web app.

Click ‘+ Create Inspection Frequency’

Select from a preset compliance template, or create your own frequency by giving your frequency a name, select the inspection type (thorough or regular), and define the frequency using the dropdown menu

If you are creating a custom inspection frequency, select ‘Custom’ from the Frequency dropdown menu, and set the frequency you require

Tick the "Automatically suggest this frequency for all items added to inventory" box if you want this frequency to be the suggested frequency for all new items added to your inventory

Click ‘Create’

Tap ‘Me’ on the bottom right-hand side of the app’s home screen

Tap ‘Inspection frequencies’

Tap ‘+’ in the top right corner
