We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your subscription. While we’re sorry to see you go, please know you’re always welcome back anytime!
⚠️ If you purchased your subscription or free trial within the app, it is managed through Apple. Only you can make changes to it. For privacy reasons, we don’t have access to your account information, so we’re unable to cancel the subscription on your behalf.
Important information about Free Trials
ℹ️ Free trials work just like subscriptions and need to be canceled. If you don’t cancel your free trial at least 24 hours before it ends, it will automatically renew into a paid weekly subscription, and you’ll be charged.
Here’s how you can cancel:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID name at the top of the screen.
Select "Subscriptions."
If you don’t see it: tap "Media & Purchases" > "View Account" > "Subscriptions"
Find and tap on the PDF Forms app subscription (or any subscription you want to cancel).
Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
If you don’t see this option, the subscription is likely already canceled and won’t renew.
👉 Or simply click this button:
Important notes
⚠️ Be aware that just deleting the PDF Forms App from your device won't cancel your subscription or free trial.
💡 Access after cancellation: Even if you cancel your subscription or free trial, you will still have access to the PDF Forms app's premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free version.
💰 Subscription options: We offer weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions. The annual plan is a more cost-effective solution and may be a better option depending on your needs.
