You can set specific format separately for each page or apply it to the whole document. You can also fine-tune the border margins so your scans will look exactly like you want them to.
This might come useful in several instances:
To make sure all pages in your document have the same size
To allow pages to be represented in PDF with their corresponding sizes
To fit small document on a standard-sized paper

To set the page size:
Open the document you want to adjust
Tap Edit in the bottom toolbar
Tap "Page size: Original" status above the page
Choose your preferred page size in the bottom toolbar
You can apply this size to all pages in the document by tapping "Apply to all"
Adjust the border margins and position the image on the page to fine-tune individual pages
Tap Done on the Page Size screen and then again on the Edit screen
