Step 1: Sign In
Go to bestof.cityspark.com.
Click the Sign In button.
Enter your email address and password.
Once logged in, you’ll see your email address in the top right corner, along with the name of your organization.
Step 2: Access the Photo Ballot Section
Use the left-hand side menu or the navigation above the Management section.
Click on Photo Ballots.
Then click the New Ballot button to start a new photo contest.
Step 3: Create Your Photo Contest Ballot
Ballot Name & Slug
Enter the name of your photo contest.
The ballot slug will automatically populate based on the ballot name.
Ballot Setup
Choose your layout:
Categories only
Groups and Categories
Submission Fee Settings
Choose whether or not to require a submission fee:
No Submission Fee
Submission Fee Required: Users must pay to submit a photo.
If enabled, enter the fee amount.
You can also include a customizable payment message.
Photo Ballot Settings
These settings determine how users interact with your contest:
Submission Options:
Photo Submissions: Allow users to submit photos.
Toggle on Multiple Submissions per User if you want users to submit more than one photo.
Photo Voting: Turns off the photo submission form and allows users to vote.
Number of Submissions:
Choose between:
Single Image Upload
Multiple Image Upload (creates a gallery per submission)
One Vote Per Day:
Voting Options:
One Vote Per Day: Toggle ON if you want users to vote daily (e.g., return each day to vote for their favorite).
If OFF, users can only vote once per email address.
Step 4: Finalize Your Ballot
Once all settings are configured, click Create Ballot.
Your new ballot will appear in the list.
Step 5: Edit Your Ballot (If Needed)
To make changes, find the ballot in your list.
Click the Edit button on the far right.
Make your adjustments:
Enable/disable submission fee
Switch from single to multiple image uploads
Adjust any other settings
Click Save Ballot at the bottom of the page.
