Step 1: Log in to the Best Of platform
Go to bestof.cityspark.com.
Use your CitySpark login credentials to sign in.
Step 2: Select your ballot
Once logged in, you’ll see a list of ballots.
Click on the name of the ballot for which you want to retrieve your sales attribution links.
Step 3: Navigate to Sales Tracking
From the left-hand menu, select Advertising.
Then click on Sales Tracking.
Here, you’ll see a list of sales reps and their corresponding sales attribute links.
Step 4: Share or copy links
To share all links for a rep, click the Share button.
You can enter an email address, and the system will send a list of all the links directly to that address.
To copy a link, select Copy Link from the drop-down next to the desired ad link
Step 5: View specific links
When you use the Copy Link drop-down, you’ll see a list of links such as:
Store link
Display ad link
Profile ad link
Any other enabled ad types under your ballot settings
Step 6: Understanding link behavior
The Store link takes you to the advertising section of the ballot and includes a unique ad rep ID number in the URL.
Any purchases made through this link will be attributed to that sales rep, and those sales will appear on their dashboard.
The Display Ad link directs the user to the ad creation page, where a business can input their details and complete the payment process.
Tip: Always verify that your ad options (store, display ads, profiles, etc.) are enabled in your ballot settings before sharing links with your sales team.
