Are there events that you want to feature or show more prominently on your calendar or elsewhere on your site? To feature an event:
Make sure the event is approved and its status is On Calendar.
Simply click the star icon next to the event.
Chose from one or several ways to display these featured events.
Calendar
By starring an event, it will automatically be listed at the top of the day for which it is listed on your calendar.
Widget
Show off featured events with a widget placed on either on your hub page or elsewhere on your site. Drop simple html code and all featured events will displayed in rotation (usually chronologically). Please contact us if you are interested in having a widget added to your hub page or website.
Featured Event
Make an event pop by using featured event spaces to highlight an event. This can be a curated or paid promotion (link to more info on paid promotions coming soon).
Go to the Advertising option on the top left of your admin calendar screen (see image below).
Make sure you're on the Featured tab at the top
Add the title of the event that you want featured.
Choose the date range for when you'd like to feature the event (if you leave this blank the event will remain featured until you remove it).
You can use the event image data, or upload one of your choice.
