From your dashboard, click on Calendar Setup to customize and set up your calendar using all of the events you've entered into SceneThink.

Follow along with the video above, or follow the steps below. (tip: you can make the video full screen by clicking the four arrows in the bottom right corner next to the Vimeo logo.)

Once you've clicked on Calendar Setup, you can add your logo, color scheme, and website navigation menu by clicking Edit organization header. This information will automatically show up on your calendar, as well as on any event you create. Click save and close.

Calendar Cover Image - You can upload any of your own graphics or images here, or you can use free stock images from Unsplash. This image is meant to represent your brand or events.

Calendar Heading - You can give your calendar any name or header you want. This will be displayed with a headline font.

Calendar Subheading - Subheading can be added here, but is not required. This will show as smaller type below the heading.ย

Calendar Layout - Chose whether you want to have a card layout, or a list layout. Both are fully responsive and will automatically fit to any size screen on which they are viewed. (Below: card vs. list view)

Now the fun part - SHARING! You can use the calendar url that you created in your calendar settings to link to your calendar. You can even add this link to your website and use this calendar in place of your website calendar, essentially populating two places at one time -- your website calendar and your community calendars.ย

For users that are interested in a deeper integration of their events, SceneThink can offer you a line of code to drop in to your existing site, so users never have to leave your site to see your list of events. Learn more about the Pro Plan we offer for a low monthly fee.
