Mailchimp requires a specific format in order to import the emails exported from your Best of ballot.

First you will need to follow these steps: How to export your email list from Best of for your email blast platform

Here is the specific format that Mailchimp needs:

*Mailchimp also does not want spaces between entries. It needs to look like this:

To get this format you will need to edit the CSV in your computer's downloads folder.

Here are those steps:

  1. Delete rows 1 and 2.

  2. Delete column B, C, D, E, F, G, and I

  3. Sort and Filter spreadsheet

  4. More header row back to the top.

  5. Delete all rows that show FALSE

  6. Delete column B

  7. Rename the headers for each column.

  8. Export file into a CSV.
