To add or remove a public label checkbox from the event submission form follow these steps:
- Go to Portals > View Portals 
- Click the Portal ID to edit 
- Open the "Content & Submission Settings" tab 
- Near the bottom of this section there is a field titled "Labels for Submission Checkboxes" 
- Add or remove any labels to this field that you wish to appear publicly on your event submission form
