It's of course very frustrating when your package shows as delivered in the Track & Trace but you haven't received anything. Unfortunately, delivery services sometimes make mistakes here.
First check the following:
Take a good look around your house or building, couriers sometimes leave the package under a canopy, next to the door, or by the shed.
Ask your neighbors, it happens regularly that a package is dropped off there.
Check if the package is at a pickup point, this is often also shown in the Track & Trace details.
Can't find the package anywhere, and wasn't it delivered to a neighbor or pickup point either?
Then contact our customer service and ask for an agent. We'll figure it out together with you and make sure there's a solution.
