Overview of the ScheduleDrop Dashboard

Welcome to ScheduleDrop! The second you log in, the Dashboard becomes your home base — giving you an instant snapshot of your home-service business and one-click access to everything that matters.

1. Bookings Overview (Top Section)

This card shows your key booking stats at a glance:

  • Completed

  • Upcoming

  • In Progress

  • Canceled

Pro tip: Use the filter at the very top of the page (Today / This Week / This Month) to instantly change what numbers appear here and throughout the entire dashboard.

2. Business Overview (Reporting Card)

Scroll down and you’ll see the money and growth metrics that matter:

  • Revenue (Realized vs Unrealized)

  • Profit (Realized vs Unrealized)

  • Refunds

  • Customers (New vs Lost)

  • Jobs (New vs Recurring)

The side-by-side comparisons make it dead-simple to spot trends without digging through reports.

3. Task Management (Stay on Top of To-Dos)

Every task you create in ScheduleDrop lives here.

Create a task in 10 seconds:

  1. Click Create Task

  2. Add a Title

  3. Write a Description

  4. Set Date & Time

  5. Assign to any admin/user (yourself, your assistant, a tech — anyone on your team)

  6. Optionally link it to a Contact

All tasks sync across the team so nothing slips through the cracks.
(We’ll dive deep into advanced task features in the “Task Management Masterclass” article.)

4. Upcoming Today (Right Sidebar)

This panel is your daily lifeline — it always shows every booking happening TODAY, no matter which date filter you picked at the top.
Never miss a job again.

5. Lightning-Fast Shortcuts

Two buttons on the dashboard save you clicks every single day:

  • View All Bookings → jumps straight to the full Bookings list

  • Go to Advanced Reports → opens your detailed booking reports instantly

That’s it! You now know exactly where everything lives in the dashboard and how to fly around your ScheduleDrop dashboard like a pro.
