How to Cancel Your Account
Log in to your ScheduleDrop account
Click Settings
Click Subscriptions
Click deactivate account
Important: What Happens When You Cancel
Once your account is deactivated:
Your business data will be permanently deleted
This includes customers, providers, bookings, job history, tasks, notes, and settings
Deletion is irreversible once completed

Can I Pause My Account?
At this time, pausing your account is not supported. If you want to retain your data but reduce costs, we recommend downgrading to the Starter Plan instead of canceling completely.
