Written by Sam Arnold

What You’ll Learn:

  • Where to find the Stripe setup screen in ScheduleDrop

  • How to connect an existing Stripe account or create a new one

  • What happens after you complete the connection

  • What to do if you're having trouble

Step 1: Open Stripe Setup in ScheduleDrop

To get started:

  1. Log into your ScheduleDrop Admin account

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click integrations

  4. Click Connect Stripe

Step 2: Sign Into Stripe or Create a New Account

After clicking Connect Stripe, you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe onboarding page. Here you can:

  • Log in to your existing Stripe account, or

  • Create a new Stripe account by following the Stripe registration prompts

Stripe will ask you to confirm your business information, bank account, authorized representative, and industry type. This ensures your payouts and transactions are properly processed.

Step 3: Complete and Confirm the Connection

Once you've finished the Stripe onboarding process:

  • You'll be redirected back to ScheduleDrop

  • Your Stripe account will now be connected and verified

  • You can immediately start collecting payments from jobs and issuing refunds

You should see a confirmation message or a status indicator showing that your account is live.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you're having issues:

  • Make sure the Stripe account you're connecting has completed verification

  • Double-check that your business name and EIN match your legal documents

  • Contact Stripe support if you're not receiving confirmation emails

If Stripe appears connected in ScheduleDrop but you're still unable to accept payments, reach out to us at support@scheduledrop.com or via the in-app chat.

You're All Set!

Once Stripe is connected, you can:

  • Accept card payments directly from the booking form

  • Issue full or partial refunds

  • Track payouts inside your Stripe dashboard

  • Enable tips, discounts, and taxes depending on your pricing model
