How to Get Here

Left sidebar → ReportingBooking Reports

1. Pick Your Date Range (Instant Refresh)

Top of the page → choose This Week, This Month, or click the calendar for any custom range. Every number below updates in real-time.

2. Financial Performance (Top Card)

Instant snapshot of what matters most:

  • Total Revenue

  • Total Profit

  • Average Job Price

  • Total Jobs

Click the dropdown arrows → everything breaks out by frequency (One-Time vs Recurring). Watch your recurring revenue stack up like clockwork.

3. Trend Chart (See the Big Picture)

Switch between Daily, Weekly, or Monthly view → click Trend if you want to change the view → pick Revenue, Profit, or Jobs depending on what data you want to look at.

4. Customer Metrics

Scroll down and see:

  • Total Customers

  • New vs Recurring Customers

  • Retention Rate

  • Churn Rate

Plus clean charts and a pie graph that updates the second you change date ranges.

5. Booking Analytics

Hard numbers that make you smile:

  • Total Bookings

  • One-Time vs Recurring split

  • Growth Rate %

  • Average Customer Lifetime Value

6. Provider Performance

Every provider on one screen:

  • Active Providers

  • Jobs Completed

  • Total Earnings (who’s crushing it)

(The Provider Scorecard deep-dive is in the next help article—stay tuned!)

That’s it. You now have every dollar, customer, and provider tracked automatically. No spreadsheets, no guesswork—just real-time truth.

Final Notes

Booking Reports are critical to running a data-driven service business. Use them weekly to stay ahead of problems, double down on what’s working, and keep your operation running smoothly.
