Accessing Discount Codes
To access the Discount Codes section:
Click Bookings in the main navigation.
Select Discount Codes from the drop-down menu.
This will bring you to the Discount Codes page, where you can view existing codes and create new ones.
Creating a Discount Code
To create a new discount code, click Add Discount. This will open the discount code configuration form, where you will define each of the following parameters.
Code Name
Enter a name for your discount code. This is the code your customers will enter at checkout to redeem the discount. For example, you might name a summer promotion "SUMMER25."
Discount Type
Select the type of discount this code will apply:
Percentage — A percentage is deducted from the booking total (for example, 25% off).
Fixed Amount — A set dollar amount is deducted from the booking total.
Enter the corresponding value based on the discount type selected.
Limitations
The Limitations section controls when your discount code is active and how often it can be used.
Expiration
Toggle the Never Ending switch on if you want the code to remain valid indefinitely.
If the code should expire, set a start date and end date.
Valid Days
Select the specific days of the week on which the discount code can be redeemed. For example, you may choose to limit the code to weekends only, or allow it to be used every day of the week.
Maximum Usages
Control how many times the discount code can be redeemed:
Leave the Limit Total Usage toggle off to allow unlimited uses.
Toggle the switch on and enter a number to cap the total number of redemptions.
Customer Eligibility
Select which customers are eligible to use the discount code:
New Customers Only
Existing Customers Only
All Customers
Booking Type
Specify which types of bookings the discount applies to:
One-Time Bookings Only — The code applies exclusively to one-time bookings.
Recurring Bookings Only — The code applies exclusively to recurring bookings.
Both — The code applies to both one-time and recurring bookings.
Recurring Booking Parameters
If you select Recurring Bookings Only or Both, you can further refine how the discount applies to recurring bookings:
Apply to all recurring bookings.
Apply to the first recurring booking only.
Apply to a specific number of bookings in the series (for example, the next five bookings).
When applying the code to a set number of bookings, any bookings beyond that count will not receive the discount.
Booking Form
Select which booking forms the discount code applies to. If you want the code to apply to all booking forms, leave this section empty.
Service Area
Select which service areas the discount code applies to. If you want the code to apply across all service areas, leave this section empty.
Saving the Code
Once all parameters are configured, click Create Discount Code at the bottom of the form. The new code will appear in your Discount Codes list as an active code.
Managing Existing Discount Codes
To manage an existing discount code, click the three dots to the right of the code in your list. You will have the following options:
Edit — You can update the name of the discount code, the booking forms it applies to, and the service areas it applies to. Other parameters, such as discount type, limitations, and customer eligibility, cannot be modified after creation.
Duplicate — Create a copy of the existing code, which you can then adjust as needed.
Delete — Permanently remove the discount code from your account.
Note: Because most parameters cannot be edited after a discount code is created, we recommend reviewing all settings carefully before saving. If you need to make significant changes, duplicate the existing code and create a new version with the updated parameters.
