How Providers Use the ScheduleDrop Mobile App (Full Walkthrough)

Your providers get a dead-simple app that handles navigation, clock-in/out, breaks, availability, and nothing else—no clutter, no confusion.

First Login – What They See

  • Calendar auto-opens to today

  • Blue dot = upcoming job Green dot = completed job

  • Menu (three lines on the top left) → profile, photo, reviews, logout

Job Flow – 4 Taps From “On My Way” to “Paid”

  1. Tap the job → see address, customer phone, service details, pay, provider notes

  2. Tap address → opens Google/Apple Maps → “Start” navigation

  3. Heading there? → tap On My Way

  4. Arrived? → tap Start Job (This manually clock them in)

  5. Lunch break? → Start BreakEnd Break

  6. Finished? → tap Complete Job (This manually clocks them out)

Admin sees exact start/end times → payroll is 100% accurate.

Set Availability (Takes 20 Seconds)

Bottom menu → Availability

  • Drag to shorten a day (e.g. Monday 9 AM – 1 PM only)

  • Tap a day → Day Off (Sunday gone)

  • Need Saturday back? Uncheck “Day Off” OR tap Add Shift → 9 AM – 6 PM

  • Hit Save Changes

ScheduleDrop instantly respects their new hours—no double-bookings.

Settings & Filters

  • Top-right pencil → edit name/photo

  • Top-right filter → Upcoming / Completed / All (keep on “All”)

That’s literally everything. Your providers will love it because it’s faster than pen and paper—and you’ll love it because you finally know exactly when they start, finish, and get paid.
