Getting Started
When you log into the ScheduleDrop Provider app, the first thing you'll see is the Bookings section with a calendar view. Days that have bookings will show colored dots:
Blue dot — Upcoming booking
Each booking card shows a quick snapshot including the scheduled time, frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.), a snippet of the address, the pay for the job, and the provider(s) assigned.
Viewing Booking Details
Tap on any booking to open the full details. Here you'll find:
Customer name and address at the top
Clock in / clock out buttons for time tracking
Scheduled details — date, time, estimated duration, and frequency
Additional information — service type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, pet status, livability, outdoor structures, and any other custom fields
Payment information — your total pay for the job (if applicable)
Checklist — if a checklist is assigned to the job (more on this below)
Service provider notes — any notes your company left for you about the job (entry codes, special instructions, etc.)
Job notes — notes you can leave about the client or the job that are visible to your company owner
On the Job — Clock In / Clock Out Flow
When working a job, follow these steps in order. This is important for time tracking, notifying your company, and keeping the customer informed.
Step 1 — On the Way When you're heading to the job, tap On the Way. This logs your departure time, notifies the business owner that you're en route, and sends a message to the customer letting them know you're on the way.
Step 2 — Start Job Once you arrive at the property and begin working, tap Start Job. This tells your company that the job is in progress and notifies the customer that the service has started if they're not home.
Step 3 — Break (Optional) If you need to take a lunch break or any other break during the service, tap Start Break. When you're ready to resume, tap End Break.
Step 4 — Complete Job When you're finished, tap Complete Job. This marks the job as completed and your hours for the service are tracked.
Important: You will only see the clock in buttons (On the Way, Start Job, etc.) on the day of the booking. If the booking is scheduled for a future date, these buttons will not appear until that day.
Important: Each provider must complete every step independently from their own login. If multiple cleaners are assigned to the same job, each person must tap On the Way, Start Job, and Complete Job on their own account. One provider cannot start or complete the job on behalf of another.
Checklists
If your company has assigned a checklist to the booking, you'll see a Checklist section in the booking details. Tap on it to open the full checklist.
Check off tasks as you complete them — each item will be marked as completed
Upload photos — if a task has a photo requirement enabled, you'll see an option to attach a photo to that specific item
Get signature — at the bottom of the checklist, you can tap Get Signature to have the customer sign off on the completed work
Complete Job — once all checklist items are done, you can mark the job as completed directly from the checklist
Make sure all checklist tasks are completed before marking the job as done so your company can confirm everything was taken care of.
Uploading Photos
At the bottom of the booking details, you can upload photos to the job — before photos, after photos, or anything else relevant to the service. Tap Upload and choose from:

Managing Your Availability
Tap the Availability section to manage your schedule. This is how your company knows when you're available to work.
Default Availability
Your default schedule is what applies to every week. For example, if you work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, set that as your default and save changes. This will repeat every week automatically.
Editing Specific Days
If you need to adjust a specific date, tap on that day in the calendar and select Edit Schedule.
Taking a day off — Tap the day, edit the schedule, toggle it off, and save. Your company will know you're unavailable that day.
Adjusting hours for a specific day — Tap the day, change the start and end times, and save. For example, if you can only work 12 PM to 5 PM on a Friday instead of the usual 9 to 5, just update that day.
Vacation
Tap the Vacation button in the top right corner. Select your start and end dates, mark them as unavailable, and those days will be blocked off. Your company will see that you're on vacation and won't schedule you during that time.
Viewing Your Earnings
The Earnings section shows you a breakdown of your pay. You can select different time frames (this week, this month, etc.) to view:
Total earned for the selected period
Paid — what's already been paid out
Unpaid — what's still owed to you
Tips earned
Drive time pay
Total bookings and customer mix
Tap View Payment History to see a detailed list of individual bookings and their payment status, including any outstanding payments you're still owed.
Settings
In the Settings section, you can:
Add or update your profile photo
Adjust your name if needed
Quick Tips
Refresh your calendar — Pull down on the screen to refresh and make sure all your bookings are up to date, especially if you've just been assigned a new job
Menu options — Tap the three lines in the top left to access the menu where you can log out, visit the Help Center, or view the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Download the correct app — Make sure you have the ScheduleDrop Provider app, not the regular ScheduleDrop app. This is a very common mix-up.
If you have any questions, reach out to your company owner for guidance or contact the ScheduleDrop support team through the chat widget. We're happy to help!
