Walkthrough of the Booking Form

Booking forms are the core of your scheduling system—pre-loaded for your industry (e.g., cleaning, pressure washing, HVAC) and fully customizable for pricing, fields, rules, and durations.

Our onboarding team sets the form up for you, but in this video you will learn about how to edit, add, and adjust the pricing and duration rules.

Access and Basic Actions

  1. Left sidebar → Bookings → Booking Forms

  2. Three dots on any form:

    • Get Embed Code → copy and paste into your website for customer self-booking

    • Edit Form → customize fields and rules

    • Delete → remove entirely

    • Duplicate → copy to tweak for a new variation

Edit Form Overview

Click Edit Form → you'll see pre-built fields like:

  • Service Type (dropdown: Standard Clean, Deep Clean, Moving Clean – each with a "value" like "standard" for rules)

  • Square Footage (dropdown: 0-750, 751-1000, etc. – values like "0-750")

  • Bedrooms/Bathrooms (number field: type 1, 2, 3...)

  • Extras (grid: icons/images, values like "oven", "pet")

  • Conditional fields (e.g., Window Count – number field shown only when "Window Blinds" extra is selected)

Core sections are always included (no need to add): Customer Info, Date/Time/Frequency/Duration, Address, Notes, Payment.

Customize between these with new sections, fields, and rules.
