This is how to add a basic profile. Please see our advanced profile for more in-dept options.

Step 1) Click on the Cog, scroll to the staff

Step 2) Click 'Add Staff'

Step 3) Add staff member's details

Note: If you select both Technician & Scheduler role this staff member permissions will be above a Technician only role.

Step 4) Click Save Staff

Brilliant work on adding your first staff member. Now repeat the process to get your whole team on so you can start assigning jobs right away.
