Unfortunately, there is no magical number of scholarships to apply for before you start receiving scholarships (we too wish there were).

Don’t get discouraged if you don’t win the very first scholarship. It sucks, yes. But the best way to get over it is to continue to apply as often as possible, if not more.

Please note that sometimes scholarship providers take a while to review all the applications before selecting a winner, so use that time to apply for other scholarships!
