We stand by our commitment to provide a fair and dedicated service for students looking for scholarship solutions.

The following is our detailed refund policy:

  1. The first membership charge occurs after a free trial period
    We are offering all our membership plans with a free seven-day trial period preceding payment! If you find the service unsatisfactory, you can cancel your membership at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged.
    With a Trial Membership, you get the opportunity to evaluate ScholarshipOwl’s premium service for free! When the trial period ends, if you did not cancel the membership beforehand, you will be charged the membership fee and will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Upfront membership payments (no trial period) and repeat billing
    If you purchased a paid membership without a trial, or renewed an existing paid membership and have not used your membership during the most recent billing cycle, ScholarshipOwl will refund your money in full.

  3. For any other scenario not covered under the points above, including partial use of your membership in the most recent billing period, and refund requests for any but the last billing period, we do not issue refunds.

Please send any request or question you might have to support@scholarshipowl.com and the management team will review your request on an individual basis. Our decision will be based on the principles laid out above.
