Important Note: Website vs. Mobile App
Physical form uploads, family account management, and student profile updates must be completed via the Bound website. These features are not supported in the Bound mobile app. To ensure a seamless experience, use a web browser on your computer or phone.
1. Click the 3 dots on the student, and then select Documents To reach this section efficiently, make sure to first log into your Family Dashboard and locate your child’s student card.
The School Documents section is found on your child’s profile under their student card in the Family Dashboard. This is where you'll find the documents and forms that school wants you to fill out, such as the Physical form, reside. From here you can also see the documents and forms you've already completed, as well as where you'll go if you need to re-upload a document like a physical.
2. Under the School Documents header, click the green button next to the Physical form. If you also see a yellow button, that is a sample of the document you're being asked to upload or sign.
3. Upload the Physical document(s), fill out the rest of the page as needed, and then click Submit at the bottom. Please be aware that uploading the Physical form doesn't remove the "request" for the physical under School Documents. It remains there in case you need to upload a new one in the future.
