10 days prior to the billing cycle date, the system will:
Post ledger items to billing accounts. The effective date for these items will be the billing cycle date.
If the billing account has a balance, the system will send a statement notification email to the billing account contact email.
2 days prior to the billing cycle date, the system will:
Send pending payment notice via email, if the billing account has a balance.
On the billing cycle date, the system will:
Process Auto-Pay. Payments will be applied automatically according to the order of the Billing Categories, based on balances due. Click here to learn more.
If no payment has been received after the grace period has expired, the account will be flagged as overdue and an email notification will be sent.
You can customize the automated email templates that get sent during the process, located within Settings-->Communication-->Email Templates-->Billing tab.
