Updating Account Settings and Contact Information

Resetting Your Password:

  1. Go to the Sign-In Page:

    • Navigate to the School Hire sign-in page.

  2. Initiate Password Reset:

    • Click the “Forgot Password” link.

  3. Follow Instructions:

    • Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to reset your password.

Updating Contact Information:

  1. Log into Your Account:

    • Sign in to your School Hire account.

  2. Access Profile Settings:

    • Click on your user icon in the top right corner.

  3. Edit Your Profile:

    • Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.

  4. Update Details:

    • Edit your contact information as needed.

  5. Save Changes:

    • Save your updated contact details.

Ensuring Email Notifications Are Received:

  1. Check Spam Folder:

    • Ensure emails from School Hire are not in your spam or junk folder.

  2. Verify Email Address:

    • Confirm that your email address is correctly entered in your account settings.
