Once your public website is enabled, members can directly sign up and pay membership fees to join PTA through the "Become A PTA Member" button in the top right corner. Here you'll see a payment portal with our payment processor, Stripe, where you can set your membership fee and include information about your PTA.

All of this information can be added in the "Configure public website" portal located in the Settings tab.

  1. Settings -> External Website -> Configure public website -> Membership.
  2. If you have previously been using TOTEM and would like to migrate over, please provide your Membership URL.

Additionally, you may add PTA members individually or in bulk with a list of comma separated values through the Members Center. Here, you'll be able to set whether a member has paid and how much.
