If you have uploaded your game film to ScoreBreak, but cannot yet see the video on other devices, your film may be processing.

Video processing creates a streaming-optimized version of your film file so that your staff and athletes do not need to download the film to watch it. To see the status of your film file, navigate to your event's film section, then review the current film status, it can be in one of 4 states:

  1. Not uploaded

  2. Uploaded, awaiting processing

  3. Processing

  4. Ready

If your film is not uploaded, press the Upload button to get the show on the road! If your film is uploaded and awaiting processing, you have done your job and the ball is in our court, our systems will take care of your file(s) shortly. If your film is processing, grab a coffee and come back soon; processing typically takes less than half the time of the video duration to complete. If your video is labeled as Ready, then you can rest assured that your video is accessible on other devices.

If you upload multiple files, ScoreBreak takes the extra step of merging all video files into one continuous video file. This process takes place after all uploaded video file parts have completed processing. Team members can watch the file parts while the unified video is processing.
