AI Score Summary allows your evaluators to use Scorebuddy GenAI to generate comments for the scorecard Summary Comment field which summarize the agents performance, based on Answers, Comments and Causes.

What does this change in Scorebuddy?

Whether scoring manually or via an Integration, evaluators may click "AI Autofill" to populate an AI generated summary comment at the bottom of the scorecard.

This summary comment takes into account the answers, comments and causes which populate the scorecard and delivers professional, encouraging feedback for the agents in seconds.

Do I need to do anything?

If you are using AI Services from Scorebuddy, the AI Score Summary will be immediately available to all Evaluators.
