What does this change in Scorebuddy?
An Agent may click "AI Insights" on their Agent Dashboard to receive a summary of their performance (focusing on areas of continued excellence, upward trends and areas to focus on improvement) in seconds.
Do I need to do anything?
If you are using AI Services from Scorebuddy, AI Agent Buddy will be immediately available for all Agents with dashboard access.
