What is it?
Our Assembled integration will push score % data from Scorebuddy to the Agent Scorecard page in your Assembled instance.
How do I install it?
As a Global Admin, navigate to the Score dropdown > Interactions > View Integrations.
If you are adding your first integration, select the tile for "Assembled". If you are adding a further integration, click the "Add an Integration" tile, and proceed from there to the below.
Label/Description - For your own internal use.
API Key - This is necessary to authenticate Scorebuddy with your Assembled instance. As an Assembled Admin, visit Company Settings > API > Create API Key within Assembled, and then copy and paste the key into this field within Scorebuddy.
Click "Connect Assembled to Scorebuddy" when all fields are complete, and you're done!
How does it work?
Scorebuddy pushes performance scoring data to Assembled, which then appears in the "QA Score" tile on your Agent Scorecard page.
Scorebuddy will push this data automatically to Assembled around once every 15 minutes.
Scorebuddy matches Scorebuddy profiles to their equivalent profiles in Assembled via the email - email addresses must match for a user on both platforms for this to work.
Please note - Assembled does not recognize if a score in Scorebuddy has been deleted. If a score's data was already pushed to Assembled, and the score was subsequently deleted, there may then be a mismatch between the agent performance score reported across Scorebuddy, and that which appears on the Agent Scorecard page of Assembled.
