The Scorebuddy QA HubSpot integration connects your HubSpot Inbox with Scorebuddy’s Quality Assurance platform. This allows you to evaluate customer conversations, track agent performance, and gain deeper insight into interaction quality.

With this integration, you can:

  • Score agent interactions for Quality Assurance, compliance, and performance improvement

  • View conversational analytics across your HubSpot customer interactions

Install the HubSpot Integration

Follow the steps below to install the Scorebuddy QA app and connect your HubSpot account.

Step 1: Access Integrations

  1. Log in to Scorebuddy

  2. Go to Settings > Integrations

  3. Click Add Integration

  4. Locate the HubSpot Integration card

Step 2: Connect HubSpot

  1. Click + Add Integration

  2. Choose your authentication method:

    • Access Token (add tokens if using this method)

    • OAuth

  3. Click Connect HubSpot to Scorebuddy

Step 3: Configure Access Token (if applicable)

If you are using Access Token authentication, you will need to:

  • Add a Label and Description (for internal reference only)

  • Set your Data Retention Policy

Match HubSpot Users to Scorebuddy Users

To ensure interactions are attributed correctly, HubSpot users must be matched to their corresponding Scorebuddy user profiles.

⚠️ Only matched users will have their ticket data pulled into Scorebuddy.

How to match users:

  1. Go to Score > Interactions

  2. Select View Integrations

  3. Click More next to your HubSpot integration

  4. Select Match Users

Matching options:

  • Auto Match (recommended):
Matches users based on their email address

  • Manual Match:
Use the dropdown beside a user’s name to match any remaining outliers

Using the HubSpot Integration

Once configured, Scorebuddy can pull HubSpot interactions through list building.

Create an Interaction List

Only Global Admins, Group Admins, or Team Admins can create lists.

  1. Go to the Score tab

  2. Select Interactions

  3. Click Add List

Configure the List

  • In the Source field, select your HubSpot integration

  • Choose the Groups, Teams, and Staff whose interactions you want to include

  • Apply Filters (for example, ticket open date range)

List Types Explained

When creating a list, select one of the following list types:

Manual

  • Manually select specific tickets

  • Tickets are displayed based on your filter criteria

Random

  • Set a number of tickets to return (total or per agent)

  • Tickets are selected randomly from those that match your filters

Sequential

  • Set a number of tickets to return (total or per agent)

  • Tickets are added in order, starting from the first available that matches the criteria

All

  • Includes every ticket that matches your selected filters

Final Steps: Filters and Assignment

After choosing your list type:

  1. Apply any additional Filters

  2. Assign the list to one or more Evaluators for scoring

Once saved, the list will pull HubSpot interactions into Scorebuddy QA for evaluation.

💡 Lists can also be scheduled to automatically sync data on a recurring basis.

Disconnect the HubSpot Integration

If you need to disconnect HubSpot from Scorebuddy QA, follow these steps:

⚠️ Disconnecting the integration will stop all data syncing.

  1. Log in to Scorebuddy

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations

  3. Locate the HubSpot Integration card

  4. Click Manage Integration

  5. Select Remove Integration

If you want, I can also:

  • Shorten this for a “Quick Setup” version

  • Add screenshots placeholders for Intercom

  • Convert this into a step-by-step onboarding checklist
