Coaching Insights
Coaching Insights is found on the Coaching page. Filter the report by Group and Scorecard to show results. Further filters are available if required.
The report shows a breakdown of question result by agent and overall score for that question. Symbols determine whether the result has stayed static, increased or decreased since the previous period.

Overview of Open Coaching Sessions, Acknowledged Coaching Sessions, Tasks Created and Courses Assigned, broken down by Coachee.
