Employees get a notification e-mail when a score is submitted for them if the Agent Dashboard is enabled. The Scorebuddy Core product does not include the Employee notification.

With the Agent Insight additional module, the Evaluator has the choice to publish the score on the Agent’s Dashboard, send a notification by e-mail to the Employee and/or Supervisor and give Kudos Points.
