Any Supervisor or Admin user who does not have a ‘Read Only’ access selected on their profile (see below example for a Supervisor profile), is able to amend scores.
To edit a score, navigate to the Reports tab, then go to the Score Log and find the score to edit (to make this search easier, you can use the Filters option in blue on the top right hand side). When opening the score page, the user will be able to change any answer choice or add an extra comment.

At the bottom of the Scoring page, you can also add an extra comment, attach new files or award a Kudos point (if you have Agent Insights enabled).
To save the changes, hit Save score.
If you have the Agent Insight module enabled in your Scorebuddy instance, after changing a result, a notification e-mail can be sent to the Employee and/or Supervisor (optional).
