If you need to suspend grading (for whatever reason), you can save your QA score and come back to it later. A draft of your score is saved automatically on the Record Performance page every couple of seconds, however, if you want to double secure it, you can manually click on ‘Save draft’ button on the bottom of the page:

Or alternatively, click on the More button – top right-hand corner and select 'Save Draft':

Draft Scores give you more flexibility during the scoring process, as Drafts are automatically saved so that you don't lose your work due to inactivity, or logging out.


‘Save Draft’ options are available when evaluating Employees, and also in Calibration.
After saving a Draft, when returning to the 'Score' tab, the Evaluator will see a banner with a notification about the latest Draft:

The evaluator can also check the 'View Draft Results' button where the list of all Draft scores are available:

After clicking on 'View All Drafts', the evaluator can select from the available Draft and decide whether they want to Resume or Delete it:
