Once the header information has been entered, the Evaluator can begin selecting an outcome against each question in the scorecard. The user just clicks the button against the answer option for each Question in the scorecard and will see the weighting of each answer option selected (unless Blind Scoring is enabled in the Scorecard Settings).

The user will see the calculated score for that Question. For every score entered the box will turn green, amber, red or grey. A green outcome means than no extra Fail All or Fail Section is associated to that outcome. An amber outcome denotes a Fail Section, a red one means a Fail All was marked, a grey one means the answer was set up a N/A.

The score will total at the bottom of the scorecard as the Evaluator enters the question outcomes.

Note:

A result cannot be completed without answering all questions and filling in all mandatory fields.
