If I delete a Team will I lose the result data associated with it?
No.
Result data (completed scores) will never be deleted unless you manually delete them via Score Log. You will still be able to access the results which were associated with your deleted Team via Score Log.
Will I still be able to report on the result data of deleted Teams?
Yes.
All data associated with the results will still be included in all reports within Scorebuddy. You will also still be able to use the Team name in the filter criteria.
Am I able to restore a deleted Team?
No.
Whilst you may create a new Team with the same name, this will still be considered a separate entity within Scorebuddy with a new Team ID.
Any data you create for this new Team will not be associated with the old team of the same name and, in reports such as Team Trend etc., the data for each will be separated out.
What does change when I delete a Team?
The results associated with deleted Teams will not be visible on Dashboards or included in My Score/Team Score etc. calculations
Scorebuddy uses the Team data to populate results on these Dashboards.
Whilst you can still access these results via Score Log and these results will still be considered in Reports/Analytics, they will no longer be used as part of the calculations on any dashboard, including Admin dashboards.
