If a Group is deleted, the scores associated to that Group will still be available for reporting purposes.

The agents who were assigned to the deleted Group will become unassigned; that is why we would recommend associating the agents to the new Group before deleting the old one. If the agents stay unassigned to any Group, they will not be available for being evaluated.
