This is where QA scores are marked as reviewed and can be downloaded, if necessary.
In Scorebuddy, the Review function was designed for recording and time-stamping the feedback/coaching session with the Employee. Within this section, you can also use the "Status" option to decide if the result is to be shown on the Agent's Dashboard.
If a result has already been reviewed it will be recorded in the Feedback Date column. You will also be able to see any comments associated with the evaluation in the "Comments" column.
How to mark Evaluations as reviewed
To mark an evaluation as reviewed, simply click the tick-box beside the evaluation, and an option to "Review" will then display in the top-right corner. Once you click this, you will be asked if you want to leave an optional comment, and you can hit Review:
Bulk review is also available when selecting two or more than two scores. After checking the tick-box corresponding to the results to be reviewed, the next step is selecting "Review" from the top right-corner.
When selecting two or more results, the user can also bulk display on the Agent Dashboard. This feature is helpful for customers who don't want to publish the QA score on the Agent Dashboard at the moment of submission.
At the top right-hand corner of the page there is also an option to view as numeric instead of percentage, just as there is in the Score Log.
