Where do I find the Snapshot report?
The snapshot report is found on the Reports tab.
How do I use it?
First, select the Scorecard you would like to report on by clicking 'View' beside its name.
Like all other reports, you can filter to whatever Date, Group, Team and Scorecard. You can also include any Data Tags, if they have been added during the Scorecard creation process.
This report shows you a graphical and numerical snapshot of how frequently each answer choice has been selected across Evaluations created with your scorecard. This is a valuable source of information on where your business strengths and hurdles are, and how you should be focusing your feedback and coaching.
Why am I not seeing any data being returned/What does the 'Version' filter refer to?
If your report is not returning any data ensure that results exist within your date range and which conform to the filters you have used when submitting the report.
A common reason for no data being returned is that you have recently made changes to your Scorecard. This creates a new 'Version' of it. Use the Version filter to select the most recent numerical version of your scorecard and submit the report once more:
